SHIPPING & RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase or order number.   Shipping, customs and duties will not be included in the return.

If your return is accepted, we'll give you instructions on where to send your package. When the item is received in good condition and in its original packaging, a refund for the product price will be issued within 10 days.  Shipping, customs and duties will not be included in the return.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unclaimed and return postage

If an order is shipped out and returned to sender because of: incomplete address, moved address, refused shipment, unclaimed, or  non payment of duties.  Please be advised that a return will not be issued for the item, shipping or duties.
