Canada 🇨🇦 Free standard shipping is included on all orders of 2 or more within Canada. No duties. Taxes vary by province.

United States 🇺🇸 Due to recent small business tariff changes effective September 1, 2025, we've kept the shipping fee as low as possible — and added free shipping on orders of 2 or more! Please note: tariffs are pre-paid on all U.S. orders, however state taxes may vary.

International 🌍 Free standard shipping is included on all orders of 2 or more outside Canada and the U.S. Customs, duties, and VAT are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by destination.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking once your order has shipped. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Estimates & Delays All shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery dates may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays once a package has been dispatched with the carrier. In the event of a shipping delay or error, the inquiry must be initiated by us as the sender directly with the shipping carrier — however, we will make every effort to ensure your situation is resolved to your satisfaction.

Order Changes Once your order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made once a shipping label has been created (tracking number generated).
